Torroella de Montgrí and L’Estartit are two genuine Empordà towns. The first has a very well preserved old town centre and is the setting for a wide variety of cultural activities. Historically it has also been a major commercial center.
L’Estartit is a modern seaside town, which has gone from an active fishing village to become one of the most important tourist centers of the Costa Brava. On the beaches you can practice all kinds of nautical and underwater activities.
