Contract conditions

1. The reservation request is never binding on the client. You will receive a pre-reservation that indicates, in detail, the reservation costs, the required delivery on account and the cancellation conditions, which vary depending on the season and number of previous visits.

2. By paying the amount requested in the pre-booking and/or confirming in writing, the client formalizes the pre-booking in a binding manner. By doing so, you express your agreement with these booking conditions, the cancellation conditions, as well as the general conditions and internal regulations of the campsite, both available on our website.

3. Reservations are personal and non-transferable and cannot cover the stays of different owners, even for consecutive periods, in the same accommodation. Administrative reservation costs and delivery on account must be paid for each reserved unit. Administrative reservation expenses do not count as delivery on account. It is a charge that is made for the management of reserving a plot and is charged at the time of formalizing the reservation. This concept is always non-refundable, even if the client makes use of the reservation.

4. The reserved period must always be paid in full before or on the day of arrival, even if, for serious reasons (e.g. breakdown, illness), arrival is delayed or departure from the campsite is brought forward. If the reserved unit is not occupied until 12:00 noon on the day following the scheduled arrival in the reservation, it will be automatically cancelled. If the client requests it in writing, the campsite will try to keep it, and the stay will have to be paid for from the first day.

5. If the client requests in writing to modify their reservation, the campsite, subject to availability, will try to accommodate said request. As a general rule, and especially in high season, a change of dates implies that the campsite could assign the client another pitch/accommodation different from those initially reserved. This also applies when the client only shortens his stay. If the campsite does not have pitches/accommodation to offer as an alternative to the new dates, the reservation will be considered canceled by the client. Only changes that have been confirmed in writing by the campsite's reservations department will be valid.

6. As it is a family campsite, to come in groups you must have express authorization from reception. Clients who do not come as a family unit (or equivalent) must explicitly indicate this when making the reservation request. If clients traveling in groups have not been properly notified, the reservations department reserves the right to invalidate the reservation and deny admission.

7. On the day of arrival, an original and current identification document must be presented at reception for all people who are going to stay at the campsite (ID or passport. The driving license is NOT accepted as a legal document). It is mandatory to wear the identification bracelet during the entire stay.

8. The maximum occupancy per camping unit (pitch or accommodation) is 6 people, and 8 people in the case of the Commodity Plus pitch (A baby or child is counted as people for the purposes of the total). A second vehicle (car or motorcycle) will only be accepted in low season (May, June and September) and must be registered and paid for according to the current rate. Visitors must be registered at reception and may be restricted from accessing the premises or certain facilities depending on occupancy.

9. If not otherwise specified, rates include all taxes except the tourist tax. If there was a change in the tax burden, this would be transferred to the client, even on already confirmed reservations. In this case, the client may choose to cancel without charge and any amount already paid will be fully refunded.

10. If the campsite agrees to make an exception to any of these conditions, it will only be valid if it has been explicitly confirmed in writing.
