1.- By paying the requested pre-reservation amount and/or confirming in writing, the client formalizes the reservation as binding. This expresses their agreement with these reservation conditions, cancellation conditions, general conditions, and the campsite's internal regulations, both available on our website.
2.- Reservations are personal and non-transferable and may never include stays of different holders, even if they are consecutive periods, on the same pitch. Reservation administrative fees and the down payment must be paid for each reserved unit. Reservation administrative fees do not count as a down payment. It is a payment charged for managing the reservation of a pitch and is charged at the time of formalizing the reservation. This concept is always non-refundable, even if the client uses the reservation.
3.- The reserved period must be paid in full 4 weeks before arrival.
4.- Upon arrival, an original and valid ID of all persons staying at the campsite must be presented at reception (ID or passport. A driver's license is not accepted as a legal ID). It is mandatory to wear the identification bracelet throughout the stay at the campsite.
5.- The maximum occupancy per camping unit (pitch or accommodation) is 6 people, and 8 people in the case of a Commodity Plus pitch (a baby or child count as people for the total). Visitors must register at reception and may be restricted from accessing the site or certain facilities depending on occupancy.
6.- Unless otherwise specified, the rates include all taxes except the tourist tax. If there is a change in tax, this will be passed on to the client, even with already confirmed reservations. In this case, the client may cancel their reservation, and any amount already paid will be fully refunded.
7.- If the campsite agrees to make an exception to any of these conditions, it will only be valid if explicitly confirmed in writing.
PITCH
8.- The reserved pitch will be available to the client from 12:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
9.- The campsite cannot guarantee shade on the pitch, even if it is in a shaded area and the client has expressly requested it. Nor can a grassy floor or separation by bushes be guaranteed. The sizes (70/90/120m²) of the different types of pitches are approximate average values and are in no way binding. Wi-Fi coverage is not guaranteed on any of the pitches.
10.- To camp with a pet, this must be indicated when requesting the reservation. The client must ensure that the pet is included in the budget.
11.- The rate includes one vehicle or one motorhome plus the camping unit. Only one motorhome or caravan is accepted per pitch.
12.- Payment: The deposit will be 40% of the total stay price and can be made by credit card at the time of the online reservation. The remaining 60% of the stay price must be paid 4 weeks before the day of arrival.
ACCOMMODATIONS
13.- To confirm the reservation, the client must make a 40% deposit, which can be made by credit card at the time of online reservation. The deadline to pay the remaining amount of the stay is up to 4 weeks before the scheduled entry date.
14.- It is not possible to reserve a specific accommodation number; upon arrival, you will be informed of its location. The client can indicate their preferences, but in no case can we guarantee that they will get the desired accommodation.
15.- The reserved accommodation is available to the client from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
16.- Only the persons registered at the time of arrival are authorized to be in their accommodation, without exceeding the maximum allowed capacity of the accommodation. All additional visitors, as a courtesy and for safety reasons, must first check in at reception to register and must pay the current rate.
17.- Upon arrival at reception, a deposit of €100 must be left as a guarantee for possible damage or lack of cleanliness. On the day of departure, the accommodation must be left in the same condition it was found upon arrival.
18.- Pets are not allowed in the accommodations. Tents are not allowed to be set up next to the bungalows.
19.- The price includes 1 vehicle and the maximum number of people allowed in each type of accommodation.
CANCELLATIONS AND TERMINATIONS:
20.- Contract termination: If the reserved pitch or accommodation is not occupied by the holder on the day of arrival or the next day before 12:00 p.m., the contract will be automatically terminated, resulting in the full loss of the deposit, except with prior written notice. Camping Castell Montgrí reserves the right to rebook the pitch or accommodation.
21.- Reservation cancellation: Canceling the reservation results in the loss of 50% of the deposit. If canceled within the 30 days prior to the contracted arrival date, the reservation cost will be 100%. Cancellations must be requested in writing by email.
