We remind you that Camping Castell Montgrí is located at the foot of the Rocamaura Mountain, which is harmoniously integrated into this natural environment, and so we want it to continue, so we are a Camping committed to society and the Environment. As proof of this, we have had for some years the Environmental Quality Assurance Distinction, as well as a selective waste collection system (glass, paper, plastic, and organic) distributed at different points of the Camping.
Not only is it recycled in these outdoor centres, but also in other areas such as the Restaurant, for example, they have a similar system.
In general, a plan in collaboration with our clients to keep our environment closer and also that of the Camping as a whole, the most welcoming and cleanest possible.
With the help of everyone we can enjoy our closest environment and also that of the whole Camping, as cozy and clean as possible.
We also have:
- Within our pruning system, we grind for composting.
- Water use system for showers and toilet baths
- Natural gas zarza replacing diesel.
- Energy saving. Air conditioner timer device, in M.H. desserts
We try to work in this sense as well as in other areas such as:
- Information and public awareness of good environmental practices.
- Animation Program: Environmental Classes, Recycling Activities and Workshops
- Information panels.
- Internal regime regulation. Among the rules are respect for silecium hours, driving in undue hours, banning barbecues.
- Fire prevention plan.
