RECEPTION

Our reception is open from 8:00 to 20:00 on low season and from 8:00 to 22:00 on high season, to assist you with anything you may need during your stay, from questions regarding your reservations to arranging taxis. Additionally, we offer safety deposit boxes to secure your belongings with peace of mind. We are here to help you with whatever you need. We hope you enjoy your adventure with us!

EXCURSIONS

Our excursion office is open to welcome you from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00, to assist you in planning all the exciting activities you wish to do during your stay. From booking visits to Barcelona to organizing activities such as snorkeling and kayaking, we are here to ensure that your holidays are unforgettable. Our expert team is at your disposal to help you create the perfect travel plan.

PLAY AREAS

Discover the fun in every corner of the campsite! From charming playgrounds to thrilling soccer fields, tennis courts, and multipurpose areas, we have something for everyone! And let's not forget to mention our recreational areas, where you can enjoy moments filled with entertainment.

At Castell Montgrí, we care about your comfort and well-being. That's why we have divided our four bathroom blocks into different areas to ensure accessibility and convenience.

SWIMMING POOLS

You will find two main pools: Panorama and Ombra. At Panorama, you can dive into entertainment with our foam parties and pool parties, or simply relax with a drink while enjoying the sun. Meanwhile, at Ombra, you can slide down exciting slides and unwind on the lawn.

Our pub is the perfect place to top off your day! Here, you can unwind with friends and wrap up your day perfectly, with a wide variety of drinks ranging from beers to cocktails, all in a super cozy atmosphere.

ANIMATION

Our animation team is dedicated to providing exciting activities and entertainment for all ages. From pool games to sports tournaments and evening shows, there is something for everyone.

LOUNGERS

For your comfort and relaxation, we offer sun loungers available for rent for just €4 per day. From 10 in the morning until 6 in the afternoon, you can enjoy the sun and tranquility on our comfortable sun loungers located in our pool areas. Immerse yourself in the reading of a good book, enjoy a restorative nap, or simply relax under the warm sun.

BICYCLE RENTAL

Discover the beauty of the surroundings on two wheels with our bicycle rental service. At our excursion office, you can find a variety of options starting from €6 to enjoy a pleasant ride. But that's not all, we also offer rentals for days and even weeks so you can explore the area at your own pace. Whether it's for a day adventure or an extended exploration, our bicycles are ready to take you wherever you want to go.

RENTAL OF REFRIGERATORS

Keep your food and beverages fresh throughout your stay with our refrigerator rental service. In collaboration with Rent It company, we offer the possibility to rent a refrigerator and have it delivered directly to your pitch without any hassle.

BARBECUE RENTAL

Enjoy delicious barbecues during your stay with our barbecue rental service. You can easily book them through reception for just €15/3 days or €30/a full week. Prepare your favorite dishes outdoors and create unforgettable memories with friends and family.

LAUNDRY SERVICE

Take advantage of our laundry service to keep your clothes impeccable during your stay. You can obtain tickets at reception for a price of €10 per wash and €7 per dry. With the ticket in hand, head to the laundry between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM, or from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and our team will take care of everything. Enjoy the convenience and let us handle your laundry!

24H SECURITY

Enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind thanks to our 24-hour security service. Whether you're strolling through our facilities or enjoying a swim, you can relax knowing that we have continuous surveillance and lifeguard service at all our pools.

BUS TO THE BEACH

Discover our beach bus service. If you prefer not to walk, during peak season you can take advantage of our free bus that departs from behind the reception and takes you to Estartit beach. Buses run every half hour from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. And for the return trip? The schedules are the same, but with a 15-minute difference.

FREE WI-FI

There is free Wi-Fi access throughout the campsite. However, please note that due to the density of the trees, there are areas where the signal may be weaker.

PUNTO DE CARGA

We are pleased to announce that our campsite has a charging point for electric cars. As part of our commitment to sustainability and meeting our customers' needs, we have installed this charging station so you can enjoy your vacation without worrying about your vehicle's battery level.
