Given the mobility limitations that may be dictated by the different competent authorities, our cancellation policy offers the possibility of taking advantage of the payment on account introduced to let clients make a new reservation until the end of 2022 season.
Will the price be the same if we reschedule our reservation?
The situation we are currently living has affected all our holiday plans, for this reason we wanted to facilitate the way you manage your reservations. One of the options we have offered you is the possibility to transfer your advance payment for a new reservation for later dates and always before the end of the 2022 season. If you choose this option, the price of your new reservation will be the one in force for the dates chosen at the time the reservation is formalized, always within the same type of rate depending on the season (economic, low, high …).

In this sense, following the recommendations of the health authorities we have prepared a season in which your family will be able to enjoy a more exclusive and personalized service, with less guests, personalized attention, improvement of the cleaning protocols, etc.
